Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Export Supply Operations Intern to support our teams on various projects, including dashboard development, participation in continuous improvement initiatives, formatting procedures and operating procedures, and collaboration with equivalent teams based in France.

The internship is anticipated to run from May - August 2024 working 40 hours a week and based in the St Louis area.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance and enhancement of Supply Chain KPI tools using Tableau.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and reduce non-value-added tasks.
  • Assist in formatting procedures and operating procedures to ensure optimal coherence and compliance.
  • Work closely with the team based in France to exchange best practices, share information, and coordinate activities.
  • Assist in data analysis and report generation to aid in informed decision-making
  • Participate in structuring projects for our Global Supply Chain teams.

Education, Skills, & Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree program
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer tools, including Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable taking a lead in an international setting and effective communicator.
  • Tableau experience preferred
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred .
