Position: Asia Export Labs Key Account Coordinator 

Location: Amata, Chonburi

Asia Export Labs (AEL) covers 6 prescription labs in Thailand, India and China, serving 45 Million lenses per year in 50 different countries worldwide.

The mission of the Key account team is to be a “Voice of Customer” in AEL organization 

  • Define best practices and standards process/ referential for AELs KA
  • Put in place correct resources and processes to support the activity
  • Manage new business requested to be implemented in AEL
  • Handle a portfolio of customer to fit the organization
  • Communicate relevant reporting/ information for internal/external customers 
  • Work closely with others team in AELs SC organization, Operations, Engineering including customers (Essilor Group subsidiaries)

Your day in the AEL Supply Chain team

  • Manage a portfolio of customers (Essilor subsidiaries) : coordinate between customers and all the teams of the Export Labs (Supply Chain, Production, CI, Quality, Compliance…), and be responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Lead supply chain projects aiming at developing new offers to fulfill market needs from Export labs: Lens+Frames offers, frames management, End-to-End flow optimization, differentiation on quality/lead time, …
  • Lead New Products Introduction in Export Labs, from Customers’ needs clarification to commercial launch, with the support of other cross-functional (New Product Setup Department)
  • Coordinate the regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) animation of the relation with the customer and monitor the relevant KPIs (quality, service)
  • Participate to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) definition and implementation

Must have

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering/Business (or any related field)
  • With a minimum of 5 years-experience in multinational manufacturing company. Previous experience in project management would be an advantage.
  • Proactive, strong analytic thinking, problem solving and decision making
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once
  • Willing to learn + Quick learner – learning on the fly
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient with MS Office program [Especially Excel & PowerPoint]
  • Projects Management, in particular: communication, change management, time management
