Marketing Campaign Performance Manager – Sonicare (Stamford, CT)

Job Description

In this role you will make consumers lives better via our brand consumer experiences. You will help create successful Omni-channel Consumer Activation Plans that will further drive awareness, consideration and conversion of the Philips Sonicare brand.

Your role:

  • Contributing to local Media strategy, ecosystems, planning & buying requirements in coordination with central global teams, media agency partners and Oral Healthcare category team.
  • Work with IAT partners and internal functional team leads responsible for connecting online and offline touchpoints to create seamless consumer journeys.
  • Lead on-going analysis of full oral healthcare media ecosystem to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all touchpoints; maintain consistent messaging and claims repository to ensure accurate messaging.
  • Contribute to ongoing tracking of media performance during the campaign and post-campaign including all touchpoints, analysis & optimizations. Provide inputs for MMM analysis.
  • Serve as key partner point of contact for influencer partnerships and social content development (organic); meaningfully contribute to other critical parts of the activation plans including paid media, PR, shopper, etc.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in campaign performance Management (Media, TV, PR, Social, Influencer, Digital).
  • Your skills include great communication and presentation, understanding of key metrics to monitor the consumer journey to gauge program effectiveness and high-level of expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You’re a self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job.
