As the Shipt Associate Operations Manager located in the greater Atlanta, GA area, you will provide on-site support for Drivers with Shipt at a Target Sortation Center. This role will liaison between the Target Sortation Center operations team and Drivers with Shipt to achieve efficiency and safety during the route dispatch process.
While no two days are the same, you will triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to Shipt leadership and/or Target partners on-site. You will have an opportunity to support new processes, product launches, and pilot tests while continuously promoting a safe working environment at the Sortation Center. Additionally, you will monitor delivery performance, and operational results to drive healthy operational and financial results. As needed, you will partner with leaders to develop countermeasures for defects within the market.
Work Arrangement:
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
