Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in global supply chain management, agreement facilitation, and procurement.
• 4 years of experience in developing relationships, working in teams, and project/program management.
• Experience in procurement, contract or deal management, or vendor operations, and with spreadsheet data maintenance, reporting, and Google Workspace tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in process improvement, design, and scaled BPO extended workforce management.
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of procurement strategy and the major indirect spend categories.
• Ability to understand contractual terms and experience in redlining and facilitating agreements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, detail oriented, and process driven.

About the Job

The YouTube Global Vendor Operations (GVO) team oversees scaled vendor support for YouTube Content Moderation, YouTube Creators, and Paid Products. The Risk, Compliance and Governance (RCG) team is the center of excellence responsible for maintaining structure and precision across the YouTube Scaled Vendor supplier base. This includes vendor adherence to requirements including Vendor Contract Terms, Tools Access Programs, Wellness programming, Extended Workforce Solutions, and designing and managing vendor governance solutions that enable the GVO teams to measure Vendor Compliance across the Supplier base for our scaled extended workforce operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$141,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Apply procurement and vendor operations expertise to provide business agreement support to YouTube GVO.
• Support strategic footprint recommendations to allow for business continuity and optimized portfolio mix.
• Assist in managing agreements with vendor partner organizations, supporting the drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and documenting of a wide variety of contracts, including consulting agreements, master services agreements and statements of work, and vendor work orders.
• Support the discussion and administration of business agreements from proposal to close-out including development, administration, tracking, and analysis. Communicate agreement terms to internal teams by creating communications and training materials and updating dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external relationship managers to ensure agreement accuracy and timely deadline adherence. Support cross-organization initiatives (e.g., pilot programs to improve execution, etc.).
