The Accounts Payable Vendor Maintenance Specialist is accountable for maintaining the integrity of the vendor master file data, performing vendor maintenance, providing payables customer service to vendors, business units, and customers, and resolving exceptions and issues on invoices to maintain approval routing and payment processing. The job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function in a challenging and dynamic environment. This position requires confidential information to be handled in a discreet and professional manner. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
At least two years of recent experience (within the past 1 - 3 years) in Accounts Payable, Accounting or Finance. Demonstrated customer service experience and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and customers. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
