Graduate Partner Digital Business Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract)

E-commerce is rapidly growing and redefining the way we shop and buy. In the online space, it is critical that HP and our reseller partners are pushing innovation and best practices for HP products and optimizing the online shopping experience in the age of the endless “digital shelf.” 

This role is part of team of experts and sales teams that are driving digital best practices and accelerating HP’s ecommerce sales with HP’s largest reseller partners. This will be a critical role within the Digital Business Development team in EMEA. Successful candidates will require strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross organisations to drive results.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience providing hands on analysis and recommendations in the areas of e-commerce sales, business analysis, web/digital analytics and reporting.
  • Ability & drive to take ownership of reporting and strategic market insights, including the personal development/skills required to excel in role.
  • Strong analytical skills with consultative approach. Capability to transform online KPI data into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for eCommerce growth.
  • Ability to personally deliver projects in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Any other language an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports in business planning, data aggregation and market insights gathering, providing recommendations for data visualisation and usability of data interfaces to support Digital Business Development team across EMEA.
  • Superuser for core business intelligence tools.
  • Manages and directs assigned projects and core metric dashboards.
  • Supports in executive presentation planning and preparation.
  • Works closely with all digital teams at HP to maximize opportunity development across organizations.
  • Co-ordinates critical inputs for Online partner program for key markets.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Graduate not more than 1 year ago from Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in Business Planning & Strategy is an asset.
  • Project Management and Market/Business Analytics knowledge an asset.
  • Expertise and knowledge in the online space desired (e-Commerce, digital marketing, UX, etc) is an asset.
