We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Integration Developer to join our information systems team based in our New York, New York headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY

The ServiceNow Integration Developer is a critical role within the Global Technology Operation (GTO) organization responsible for ensuring that the ServiceNow platform, and all its business processes are functioning optimally. This role will be tasked with configuring, administering, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform and will assist in developing the best technical solutions for the ServiceNow ITSM & SPM suites as well as the core platform. This role will design, configure, develop & implement baseline applications and enhancements in ServiceNow, while also providing architectural input and helping to maintain operational stability of the overall platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrate ServiceNow with other corporate applications via web services
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code and ensure designs follow specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Ability to manage tables, relationships, and metadata in ServiceNow
• Follow and promote use of development standards and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow core platform
• 3+ years of experience in managing, developing, designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, 
• and SPM modules
• 3+ years of experience developing and designing custom workflows
• Strong experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and SOAP
• Strong experience with web services, business rules and building custom integrations using API REST
• Experience customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly
• Service Portal Development experience, including experience with Bootstrap, AngularJS, SCSS, and JavaScript
• Experience using Flow Designer, Workflow and Record Producer development
• Integration Hub experience is strongly desired
• Experience configuring ServiceNow integrations with 3rd party applications
• Experience with run book automation, self-service, and workflows integration with partner systems
• ServiceNow or relevant industry certifications are optional
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 commensurate with experience.
