Key Responsibilities:

• As a skilled Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and controlling the operation of single or multiple production machines to facilitate the manufacturing process. 
• Monitoring and maintaining production machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Operating a variety of power tools, such as routers, table saws, drills, band saws, jigsaws, drill presses, power staplers, and other equipment necessary for the manufacturing process.
• Performing finishing operations, including riveting and deburring, to remove unwanted pieces of materials and achieve high-quality finished products.
• Assembling materials using screws, nuts and bolts, welding, power stapling, and gluing techniques to produce sturdy and reliable products.
• Documenting machinery results meticulously, strictly adhering to protocols and maintaining accurate records of the manufacturing process.
• Assisting with limited warehouse functions as needed to support production operations.

Qualified candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating various power tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and guidelines.
• Solid understanding of production processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented setting.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy materials when required.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
