Job Description

Concentrix Catalyst is looking for a Senior Project Manager. You'll work with a group of problem solvers who work collaboratively across Catalyst projects and client accounts. Senior Project Managers can expect to be assigned to larger and more complex projects including managing multiple concurrent projects for the same client (forming a programme of work). Project Managers provide governance and stability to all streams while potentially managing their own project stream. Project Managers are proactive in driving improvements in the Project Management Team and are likely to have members of this team reporting to them directly.

You have

• At least 6+ years Project Management experience within a digital environment.
• A strong understanding and experience working across digital/software delivery projects - ideally in the Native Mobile space
• You will focus on aspects of programme management, project leadership and project delivery
• A strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban) with hands-on experience managing technical and digital projects
• Strong focus on contract and vendor management
• Managed diverse teams of UX and UI experts, software engineers, and analysts. This will include team members from both local and global offices and remote workers
• Experience working with Google suite together with other project tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet
• Experience facilitating and managing communication channels and forums within the project, including meetings, workshops, email, and documentation
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment anticipating, identifying, and proactively managing risks and issues through the use of project tools
• Experience managing, reviewing, and analysing project budgets and resources including actioning changes and resource requests. Also including project scope, reporting and scheduling
• Experience with presales - Estimation Party participation and facilitation, coordinate estimates gathering activities with delivery team and BDM, collaborate on the proposed approach with production team and BDM, determine PM estimates and ensure timely collation of estimates in CRP and inputting into SOW’s.
• Worked and managed complex and/or large scale enterprise projects with a proven track record for success
• Bonus - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or above (CSP, CSC, CST)
• Bonus - Previous experience working in a digital agency
