The Compan is seeking a passionate and experienced Software Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic Spark R&D team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spark digital orthodontic software suite, ensuring exceptional quality for both doctor-facing and manufacturing software.

In this highly visible role, you'll leverage your expertise in agile development, testing methodologies, and people management to:

  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ownership of quality, guiding internal and external QA engineers towards individual and engineering excellence.
  • Drive Innovation and Automation: Design and execute complex projects, architecting test automation solutions that enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Champion Quality Excellence: Advocate for high code quality, comprehensive test coverage, and production readiness. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the utmost quality in our products.
  • Embrace Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineering, product management, and cross-departmental partners within a highly Agile environment.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Partner with scrum teams to refine QA processes and automation throughout each sprint, consistently achieving high-quality releases.
  • Invest in Your Team: Provide mentorship to existing and incoming QA members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Shape the Future: Lead recruitment efforts to build a world-class QA team, including managing remote members of an international team.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of industry experience

  • 2+ years leading Software QA teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in QA project management and test strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in test planning, creation and execution, stress/longevity, performance, and load testing
  • Experience with at least one programming language
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Fluent written and oral English (C1+)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively across multiple products and projects
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
