COMPENSATION

Annual Minimum - Maximum

$140,000.00 - $170,000.00

JOB SUMMARY

This position requires working onsite in Glendale, CA.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator works with internal and external Salesforce implementation teams to establish and maintain the Salesforce platform using Lightning as a common tool to develop robust procedures. This individual is responsible for administering production and sandbox organizations and assists in defining best practices regarding Salesforce solutions for business users and technical team members.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Performs Org Administration, including but not limited to updating of federation certificates, regeneration of certificates, creation of integration IDs and tokens, creation and refresh of sandboxes, deploying metadata, installing and updating managed packages.
  • Performs User Administration, including but not limited to the resetting of passwords, creation and assignment of roles, creation and updating of role-based permissions, user provisioning and de-provisioning, and reassignment of user records.
  • Perform Salesforce system configurations and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Design and implement custom applications, workflows, Salesforce Flows, and validation rules using Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language.
  • Develop and maintain custom Lightning Web Runtime components and integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and other API’s.
  • Integrates Salesforce objects with plugins/apps to populate documents and enable electronic signing workflows.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves production issues throughout the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Visualforce Pages, Object Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Roles, Email notifications, and Reports.
  • Troubleshoots complex systems issues in production and sandbox environments.
  • Reviews and triages production support tickets to determine next steps; resolves tickets, assigns or routes tickets to the correct collaborating team, and follows through to completion.
  • Creates and delivers presentations with PowerPoint, Dashboard, Reports, etc. to business leaders.
  • Is highly collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with internal stakeholders and users in all departments with Salesforce access.
  • Works collaboratively with business end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements and create User Stories.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Runtime, Lightning Scripts and Templates, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
  • Experience using Salesforce AppExchange plugins including DocGen or similar document generation tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to work on-site/hybrid.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience working as Salesforce Administrator overseeing instances of B2B Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OMS.
  • Minimum 5 years working collaboratively with Agile team members to deliver a solution that will meet business requirements which will include testing and support.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Platform App Builder certification preferred.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or OMS preferred.

DRUG TESTING POLICY

Prior to beginning employment, all job applicants who receive a job offer will be required to voluntarily submit to a drug screening test conducted by a laboratory designated by Forest Lawn. The drug screening method is a hair collection test that will detect the use of illegal drugs within the past 90 days. A positive drug test may result in the withdrawal of the job offer.
