This hotel will provide service delivery of a world-class luxury hotel to create an entirely new experience in the most beautiful section of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood

Specifically, and in support of the position requirements described below, the successful candidate for the General Manager role must have previous experience in a 5 star luxury hotel as well as previous experience in managing and partnering with a third party restaurant collaboration. 

Must have proven success in building strong owner relationships, dynamic leadership who will drive excellent operational experiences in a very competitive market landscape. The successful candidate must have the ability to continue to build an operational leadership team that embrace the brand vision

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

OR

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

Preferred

  • General Manager experience with emphasis on Lifestyle and Independent Luxury.
  • Property pre-opening experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
  • Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
