The Position

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business and support business development by continuously optimizing credit management processes, ie: credit evaluation criteria, special case methodology etc.
  • Stay abreast of and scan the internal/external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value, specifically from AR & Credit perspective
  • Provide financial analysis, financial modeling, consultation, transparency and insights to make good business decisions and achieve business objectives. Work with Business Insight Value Enabler to provide strategic input for predictive financial modeling and data analytics.
  • Serve as guardian to our stakeholder and strictly protect our AR and cash resource. Properly allocate credit resources across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities, perform annual credit review with local commercial team.
  • Bring value to the whole value chain by improving the liquidity healthiness via distributor financing scheme improvement and exploration.
  • Collaborate with the VE chapter resources to ensure a seamless customer experiences
  • Serve as a knowledge connector across business areas, functions, divisions and geography.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives
  • Participates as a pro active member in innovation business sprints

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Credit management/Finance/Accounting, a major in marketing, business, or science is a plus. Healthcare industry experiences is a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior role in Finance, with proven track record of strong and effective leadership
  • Solid understanding of AR credit management as well as distributor financing
  • Partner experiences in a global and local organizations and deep/ broad Finance knowledge with solid stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commercial and customer centric, a true entrepreneurial mindset and strategic & innovative thinking
