The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible for trouble shooting and resolution of the technical components of the onboarding process in an efficient manner to support a positive onboarding experience. This role will focus on process-driven strategies to enhance and simplify the overall HR technical onboarding process. With a dedication to continuous improvement, this specialist will support and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and ensure a consistent and streamlined onboarding experience across the organization. Additionally, this role will provide support to various HR Centers of Expertise, caregivers, and leaders throughout the organization in a variety of activities.
