As a member of the Digital Marketing Analytics team, your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful implementation and continued growth of client analytics, data solutions, and the technical ramifications of cross-channel performance insights. This includes tagging development and documentation, report and dashboard creation, customer data strategy for customer journey personalization. This role will collaborate with client stakeholders, DM channel resources, analytics and solution architect colleagues to provide in-depth data solutions. The Director will serve as the point person for leading large analytics and consent management projects and be the main escalation point-of-contact for clients. This role will provide support and delegate tasks/needs to junior analysts, provide strategic value to clients, and serve as a subject matter expert.

The Director will also be responsible for managing client deliverables, such as weekly/monthly reports, data ecosystem audit, and optimization recommendations, and contributing to stakeholder meetings. Your insights will help drive key business decisions for our clients in collaboration with other DM cohorts. You will work side by side with other team members and clients to customize and configure data and analytics solutions.

Lead and manage a team to deliver technical plan and implementation solutions to deliver omni-channel personalization goals

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver assessments/audits to existing client digital ecosystems and recommend optimizations to improve data collection, integration, and governance, based on communicated client objectives, proven past successes and industry best practices
  • Lead and manage solution architects to design relevant multi-channel/multi-tactic data architecture diagrams/documentation to support the recommended approaches
  • Collaborate with insights analysts to develop and analyze reports in analytics platforms to address client data needs
  • Contribute to design, thought leadership on strategy and implementation of client Personalization, and Consumer data programs
  • Lead analytics assessment and implementation projects from a SME perspective
  • Allocate and Manage technical resources for analytics and tag management platform implementations
  • Collaborate on final stages of new business pursuits for scope and deliverable validation, resourcing, and timelines.
  • Manage resource allocation and staffing, revenue realization, and weekly/monthly revenue forecast.
  • Manage and adopt new partnerships with leading edge technology platforms in the Marketing Analytics space
  • Lead and manage implementation of testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate adherence to specifications
  • Proactively identify opportunity areas and gaps where possible for all elements of the business – deliverables, process, sales pursuits, and practice solutions.

10+ years’ experience hands-on implementing or managing daily operations of consumer data, digital marketing, digital analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and/or BI solutions (for example Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4), Tealium (IQ and AudienceStream CDP), ActionIQ/MetaRouter, Adobe Target/Analytics/Experience Platform/Launch, Google Marketing Platform, Rudderstack, Optimizely, Sitecore, Marketo/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Eloqua, Microsoft CDP/PowerBI, Tableau).

  • Strong Javascript (client side and Nodejs) as well as SQL skills.
  • 5+ years’ architecting and implementing complex omni-channel data solutions across site, SEM, media, mobile, and email for enterprise clients
  • Experience producing project estimations, scope definitions, resource allocation and project timelines in pre-sales efforts.
  • Hands on experience delivering customer-facing solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programming and server-to-server APIs
  • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing web analytics (GA/Adobe Analytics/Sitecore/Tealium)
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in tag management platform experience (GTM, Launch, Tealium)
  • 3-5 + years of consent management experience including consent strategy and technical implementation (platform experience of OneTrust and TrustArc)
  • Experience working with client stakeholders and legal teams to ensure compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, data science, or similar field.
  • Solid understanding of tag management implementation and ongoing support, utilizing Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and Tealium
  • Previous experience with data visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Must possess strong collaboration skills
  • Analytical and solution-driven, growth-oriented mindset is a must

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
