We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Part-time (Wednesday/Friday: 6AM-10AM) Warehouse Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. 

Your Role at Batesville: 

As a 1st Shift Part-time (Wednesday/Friday: 6AM-10AM) Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe handling of shipments, proper care and handling of inventory, and following safe practices and standard work procedures.

What You’ll Do: 

• Perform thorough inspection of each unit to ensure quality. 
• Unload inbound caskets quickly, accurately, safely, and damage free. 
• Ability to walk, lift, push, pull, etc.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
• Perform various warehouse duties as requested. 
• Operate various powered equipment efficiently and safely. 
• Label and scan in products.
• Other duties may be assigned. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
• Basic computer skills 
• Reliability and punctuality 
• Positive attitude 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen 

Nice to Haves: 

• One-year related warehouse experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Inventory experience 
• Dependable, honest, quick learner, excellent communication skills and team player 
• Forklift experience 
• Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace
