Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Global Investment Office (GIO) seeks an Executive Assistant with a strong interest in financial services to support several Managing Directors, including the Department Head/Wealth Management Chief Investment Officer, with a variety of high level administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks. This individual will be exposed to many aspects of the investment process and the job can provide a multi-year career path to an entry level investment strategy role. With experience, this individual will be able to take on more creative strategic responsibilities and will be supported in obtaining the SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
The Executive Assistant will interface regularly with individuals at all levels across Morgan Stanley and outside the firm. This individual must have an excellent customer service orientation and the ability to manage a fast-paced work environment and juggle multiple, simultaneous projects. This is an on-site role primarily located in midtown New York City with the potential for several days per month in Purchase.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
