Apply now for the position of Financial Analyst 3 within the Molecular Imaging (MI) Business Line. Under the direct supervision of the Controlling Manager of Finance for Detector Center, the Financial Analyst professional will assist with the development, administration, and maintenance of the Detector Center financials in cooperation with all groups across MI Detector Center and outside of Detector Center, where applicable, in conformance with MI policies. They will develop financial projections, helps with the maintenance of financial planning model, and ensures the systems, processes and procedures are in practice to support the annual budget process. The position includes preparation of internal reports, analysis, and financial forecasts to support the annual budget processes. This position is in Rockford, TN.

Your role:

  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and reporting of the Detector Center annual operating budget, monthly actuals, and forecast.
  • Support Detector Center Capex planning, forecasting, manage AFI's, and CIP closeouts.
  • Support Detector Center cycle count, and physical inventory process.
  • Complete reporting activities and month end close activities.
  • Primary finance support for SPECT Materials, & Detector Operations.
  • Support Ad-hoc financial analysis reporting projects (PowerBI Dashboard)
  • Support further enhancement of Jedox data feed integration with PowerBI Detector Center dashboard, which is leveraged to gain insights, and drive monthly financial reviews dialogues with Detector Center operations team.
  • Participate in financial audits requirement for Detector Center. 
  • Report productivity topics across Detector Center.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, background, and other information for MI Detector Center Leadership. Respond to ad-hoc requests from MI Detector Center Leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree required: Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently to establish priorities and meet critical reporting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience including budget development, financial analysis, financial statement preparation.
  • Excellent administrative, oral, and written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, understands how decisions fit within a dynamic manufacturing environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics applications (i.e., Power-bi, Jedox).
