Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative duties, including but not limited to, all correspondence (phone, email, and mail), filing systems, word processing and technical/equipment support
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Process expenses, invoices and reconciliations
  • Welcoming, greeting and directing guests both in person and on the telephone
  • Answering main line and directing calls
  • Notifying employees when their guests have arrived
  • Assisting in general conference room scheduling
  • Coordinates local messenger service for all office employees
  • Maintains mailroom and copy rooms organization on a daily basis
  • Sorts and distributes daily mail delivery
  • Orders general office and kitchen supplies
  • Daily kitchen tasks
  • General office administrative projects per supervisors request

Compensation

  • $26.44 - $36.05 / hour 
  • Annual performance based bonus

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative assistant experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels and
  • management.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and shift direction easily.
  • Team player, self-starter.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • No job too big or too small - “Roll up your sleeves” and “I can handle anything” attitude.
  • Warm and personable self-starter.
  • Detail oriented and able to effectively manage time.
