UTA’s Asian Business Development team is seeking an Assistant to support the department head who is focused on developing and executing Asia-related initiatives. This includes bringing creative talent and content across borders between Hollywood and Asia and growing UTA’s Asian presence in licensing, branding, and endorsements, among other areas. 

Candidates must have the ability to proactively function under tight deadlines and experience managing daily schedules and calendars. Qualified candidates must be precise, detailed-oriented, as well as have excellent communication and writing abilities.  

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour. 

What You’ll Do 

• Manage phone, calendar, scheduling, and research for meetings
• Maintain spreadsheets and draft correspondences 
• Liaise with internal staff, at all levels, along with external clients & partners 
• Prepare monthly expense reports 

What You Need 

• 1+ years’ experience working as an assistant capacity, experience with an entertainment company, preferred 
• Bachelor’s degree 
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to speak Korean preferred but not required
• Highly proficient technical skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Knowledge and curiosity for key players throughout the entertainment industry 
• Understanding of UTA's Client Roster
