General Statement
The mission of Mail Services is to provide the University community with reliable, customer-focused, cost effective service and to efficiently integrate with the U.S. Postal Service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Position Special Requirements/Additional InformationSchedule is Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 – 4:30, however, shift may vary depending on departmental need. An occasional 3-hour shift on Saturday may arise.
This search is open to one of two position levels dependent upon relevant experience of the candidate.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and meet all State of Montana requirements to operate State/University vehicles. (If successful candidate possesses a valid out-of-state driver’s license, must obtain a valid Montana driver’s license within 60 days of hire. Do NOT send a copy of the driver’s license.

Physical DemandsThis position requires the ability to transport up to 70 pounds, remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, work in adverse weather conditions, and ascend and descend stairs with parcels and sacks of mail.
