We are looking for a Senior Java Architect to join our growing team in the Digitization initiatives in North America Commercial Insurance and Major Markets space. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing new software and web applications as well as maintain existing applications. You will be both hands-on engineer, leveraging your technical expertise to drive solution development, and team lead, guiding teams of software engineers to build scalable and resilient systems at an enterprise level. In Jersey City, NJ the pay range for the role is $122,500 to $198,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
