Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations that support commissions and incentive processing and payments, to include defect resolution, payment accuracy, and reduction of exception processing. Review and resolution of commission and incentive-related inquiries including GA overrides and bonuses and producer bonus programs. This position manages staff responsible for payment and customer support for Producers, General Agents, and Sales and Marketing, including the audit of a producer’s transactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years sales performance management experience OR 9 equivalent years of experience in sales performance management
  • 1 year of management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cognos or SQL.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Project management experience.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with HCSC Incentives and Commissions programs
  • Experience with Medicare lines of business
  • Experience with SAP

This is a Flex role (3 days in office; 2 days work from home) and it can be based in Downers Grove, IL or Richardson, TX.
