Job Description
1) Strong Facilities Management (FM) experience in space planning & utilization, developing and implementing workplace strategy & FM operations for the key India sites in Bangalore, Pune & Chennai and managing office security operations for all of the sites.
2) managing the employee experience via amenities and engagement initiatives by partnering closely with HR and the Leadership Team.
3) Ensure compliance with local, state and organization’s health and safety regulations. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in alignment with the organization framework. Conduct regular safety inspections, fire evacuation drills, audits and proactive risk management.
3) Manage the entire end-to-end life cycle of all employee transport service requirements and logistics for India office locations as needed.
4) Facilitate FM partner contract scope, SLA’s, KPI’s, outsourced FM partner and extended vendor team engagement for soft services, FM operations, transport, security, and maintenance.
5) Oversee energy utilization and efficiency initiatives and to manage utilities usage, billing, and contract negotiation as needed. Coordinate waste management and recycling programs as required for each site.
6) Role requires strong partnering skills with key stakeholders including HR, Finance & Sourcing organization.
