As a Seasonal Pool Supervisor, you will work at our incredible 9th floor outdoor pool with amazing downtown views, greeting guests and recommending and serving our finest food and beverage creations while providing 5-star service and creating an unforgettable experience. This role will improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

  • Handles guest problems and complaints.
  • Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with Colleagues and ensures Colleagues do the same within the team.

Please note that this is a seasonal position from mid-April to mid-October. Dates may vary depending on business levels and weather.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

  • Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury setting
  • Should possess a strong knowledge of liquor, beer and wine.
  • Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity, and a strong work ethic.
