JOB DESCRIPTION:

The individual will be the primary in-house specialist for Microsoft Dynamics CRM system development & customisations. They will also be expected to assist the CRM administrator & Manager in the day to day support of the CRM system for the business.

Typical tasks will include:

Creating & modifying new fields & forms
Creating & modifying complex Workflows & Dialogue boxes
Creating & modifying complex field maps
Creation, modification & implementation of bespoke plug in’s for Microsoft dynamics CRM
Assisting in the integration or enhancement of 3rd party systems (automated marketing, Finance ect)
Bug fixes & error trouble shooting

Other tasks will include:

Running reports and ensuring 100% accuracy
System Data imports & Exports
Account re-allocations
Creation of system views
Setting up users

Required skills/experience include:

Java Script
Transact - SQL
XML

Preferred skills/experience include:

App development
Additional development languages such as C# .Net HTML5 ASP.net
A good understanding of Microsoft dynamics CRM or systems with a SQL architecture
Demonstrable role/ experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM on Premise & On-line systems.
Demonstrable role/Experience working with 3rd party software providers.
Demonstrable experience of implementing bespoke solutions using code
