General Manager is expected to oversee the operational elements of the warehouse and distribution operation through the effective and pro-active management of all associated resources in Somalia.
Position Requirements
Significant experience in a senior management role
Direct dealings with the customer
General Management experience in FMCG/Distribution
Delivery of financial targets over a year
In addition, you must have the following:
Exceptional drive and energy
Leadership skills
Ability to communicate at all levels, including strong persuasive and influencing ability
Presentation skills
Commercial acumen, with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to manage and drive change – good PR skills
Vision – able to balance daily operations with long term strategy
