Position Title: Key Account Manager, In-vitro Diagnostics 

Location: Moscow, Mindray Medical Russia.

Reports To: Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

The job is aimed to apply our business strategy and achieve sales target by expanding the network of mid-high sample volume customer, especially KA for Moscow Centralized laboratories and federal key customers. You will work closely with the sales, marketing and service teams to present Mindray brand and promote Mindray products.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Scan and Analysis the mid-high sample volume customer market and potential KA customer segmentation to make the opportunities list.
  2. Works with distributors to identify potential key accounts, establish relationship, and visit decision-makers to generate new leads in line with strategies, accomplish the sales target.
  3. Expands the network of national and international KOL and national reference sites as guided by HQ strategies and programs; Organize related marketing activities.
  4. Lead and empower distributor to reach the KA target
  5. Prepares reports to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and HQ regarding sales data and market information;
  6. Assist National Sales&Marketing Manager to manage IVD business transformation.

Position Specifications:

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, Medical Electronic, Biological Project or relevant disciplines; 
  2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience as KA manager or BD Manager at top players in in-vitro diagnostics industry;

Skills and Abilities

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  2. Experienced in business development.
  3. Aspire to achieve a mid-to-long-term success with Mindray.

Work Environment

  1. Able to travel frequently in local country, working in the field if needed;
  2. Enjoy teamwork and willing to exchange ideas to facilitate growth of the team.
