The Product Developer for Casino Games plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's product roadmaps by contributing innovative new products, improvements, and redesigns for existing products. They ensure alignment with product vision and strategy while staying abreast of current industry trends and market dynamics.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:
Main Responsibilities:
- Adherence to Deadlines and Estimates: Consistently meet project deadlines and adhere to estimated timelines to ensure timely delivery of products. Recognize the importance of delivering projects on schedule to maintain client satisfaction and project efficiency.
- Effective Utilization of Operational Tools: Utilize operational tools effectively and efficiently to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Understand the significance of using the right operational tools to manage tasks, communicate effectively, and track project progress.
- Documentation and Presentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and presentations related to game development projects, including design specifications, progress reports, and client feedback. Recognize the value of well-organized documentation and presentations in conveying project status, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring project transparency, and easy access for future reference and reuse.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential market gaps for new casino game products. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate emerging trends into the company's product portfolio.
- Innovation and Technology Integration: Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and best practices for product development. Explore and implement innovative features and functionalities to enhance the gaming experience.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adaptations: Collaborate closely with Compliance Specialists to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards in game development.
- Product Design and Specification: Design specifications, stories, functionalities, user flows, wireframes, interface mockups, and prototypes for both mobile and desktop game experiences. Ensure that game designs align with user expectations and deliver optimal gameplay experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams across various departments throughout the game design process to ensure cohesion and alignment of all elements for delivering the best gameplay experience to end-users.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Approval: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain approval for casino game product designs. Provide detailed feedback to creative and technical teams during game development to align expectations and objectives effectively.

- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the gaming industry.
