THE TEAM
As the Global Infrastructure & Technology Services (GITS) department, our mission is to provide reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions that support our firm's goals. We manage a hybrid-cloud infrastructure for efficient data sharing, oversee employee computing devices, and ensure our networks are both efficient and reliable. Our IT operations ensure smooth departmental functioning, while our IT service desk offers comprehensive support. The DevOps team focuses on integrating software development with IT operations for continuous software delivery. Additionally, our data platform team manages data infrastructure, offering services like storage, processing, and analysis. Our aim is to create robust solutions that meet our users' diverse needs, embracing new challenges and adapting to change. THE OPPORTUNITY
Do you have a passion for cloud infrastructure and thrive on tackling intricate challenges? In the role of an IT Analyst intern, you will immerse yourself in the world of advanced technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in areas such as strategy formulation, solution architecture, and testing. You'll work alongside seasoned engineers, collaborating to transform innovative concepts into reality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
o Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
o Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading technical documents such as user manuals, system documentation, training materials and test scenarios
o Ability to create well-structured and easily understandable content with consistent terminology
o Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all written content
o Strong research skills to gather and interpret technical information
o Skilled in using various documentation tools and software (e.g., diagraming tools, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
o Strong collaboration skills to work with technical experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information
