JOB SUMMARY: Assisting the project leadership and implementation for improvement projects. He/she is responsible for assisting Continuous Improvement Specialist to consulting, organizing, leading, and facilitating cross functional initiatives including mapping business processes, gathering and analyzing process data to identify root causes to develop solutions to improve and enable measurable results in process efficiency, customer satisfaction, product quality and financial savings. He/she has the essential responsibilities outlined below:

SUPERVISION: The incumbent normally performs the duty assignment at his or her discretion and is limited only by policies set by administrative or legislative authority. Total end results determine the effectiveness of job performance.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to cope with stress and mental exhaustion due to the pressures of accomplishing set goals, meeting short deadlines, maintaining numerous projects simultaneously, employee confrontations and long work hours.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Within 18 months of acquiring college degree, engineering degree preferred. (Work experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements).
