Title: Learning and Development Specialist 

Location: Devens, MA 

Duration: 6+ month contract 

Must Haves

• BS Degree 
• Operations/Manufacturing Experience 
• Master Control Training Module Experience 
• J Reports experience (audits, troubleshooting)
• Troubleshooting experience
• Ideal if they have any plant training or learing and development exp. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with Plant training dev and/or delivery 
• Performing SOP updates
• OJT creation and or updates 
• Conduct effective training (Willingness to explain in different ways to individuals)
• Prioritizing multi-issues
• General troubleshooting (MasterControl)
