We’re excited to announce that we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our Global People Team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation, benefits and equity programs at Supercell. You will report into the Total Rewards Lead based in Helsinki, and together you are responsible for our global efforts in compensation & benefits. You will work closely with the People (HR Business) Partners, Recruiters, Leads and Finance team, making sure we have fair, attractive and competitive compensation and benefits for each Supercellian.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and run our global incentive programs and processes together with the Total Rewards Lead
  • Based on your interests and skills, you can also take ownership of specific compensation & benefits related areas and projects (such as benefits, incentives or pay equity)
  • Provide support, advice and training for internal teams regarding compensation and benefits
  • Provide analytical support on compensation data needs, and other projects in the field of total rewards
  • Work on the design, communication and management of our incentive programs
  • Analyze relevant data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of reward programs, identify trends, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with compensation design and analysis in an international environment
  • Experience working with both short- and long-term incentive programs (e.g. Restricted Stock Units (RSU) plans)
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to lead and influence through data, and make data-informed decisions
  • Problem-solving and proactive can-do attitude, and ability to take initiative
  • Understanding how different compensation / planning systems and solutions work, and interest towards building and developing compensation processes
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills - in this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders; building strong relationships and proactive communication are keys to success
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills along with effective communication and presentation skills
