COUNTRY Financial is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Application Development Team supporting Data Quality Management initiative within Enterprise Data Solution Delivery. The role responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, and debugging new and existing software solutions for Data Quality Management stakeholders. You will be part of a high performing agile team, participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements, analysis, design, development, and validation. You will have a key role in contributing towards our organization's growth and enabling data driven decision making. 

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN.

• Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements. 
• Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards. 
• Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions. 
• Implements software solutions following best practices. 

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Strong ability to understand, document and communicate technical architectures, standards, best practices, tool sets and solutions. 
• Experience in developing Informatica Data Quality rules, profiles, and scorecards.
• Experience with Informatica tools & utilities preferred.
• Informatica MDM Customer 360 development and support of modeling (schema, trust, decay settings), cleanse functions, batch components, match rules, java user exits, BES service calls, and security setup.
• Informatica MDM provisioning tool
• Informatica Data Quality development and support of data transformations to load MDM landing tables. 
• Informatica Address Doctor
• Experience with analysis and troubleshooting of data issues using database query tools. 
• Experience with enterprise data integration technology and methods such as ETL, data replication and data services.
• Experience with creation and execution of pipelines in Azure Data Factory studio preferred.
• Ability to execute and monitor test and production batch cycles involving ADF, Informatica IDQ and MDM processes.
• Strong ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with load processes and data flows.
• Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
