Perform software data engineering duties in furtherance of driving specific projects for in-house business areas and/or operations. Responsible for defining compensation algorithm requirements to help drive improvements critical to executing on NXP product road map within NXP’s Motion Sensor product line. Validate compensation works in actual silicon and debug as disconnects arise. Collaborate with other professionals (i.e. DSP designer, verification team, MEMS team) to determine functional and non-functional requirements to drive verification of DSP implementation, or pre-silicon estimate improvements to drive algorithm development and estimate improvements. Support and work with ASIC lead and test engineer teams to establish required range and resolution for the coefficients. Define test flow and integrate the trim model to final test program Partner with test development.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.
Six (6) months of experience in job offered, Micro Systems Engineer, or related occupations.
