Summary:

The Intern will support the team with the departmental launch of Customer Service. They will gain customer service operations skills by performing a variety of tasks to meet the business's needs. The primary focus will be acting as a Quality Assurance analyst and auditing customer-agent interactions to ensure that we are providing CosmWorthy service. The secondary focus will be handling chargeback and escalation complaints from consumers if there is overflow. In addition, the intern in this position may be asked to perform ADHOC tasks as they arrive post-launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions, including emails, chat messages, and social media interactions, against established quality standards and performance metrics.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to customer service representatives based on quality evaluations, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that customer service interactions comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including privacy and data security regulations.
  • Manage Chargeback Disputes: Investigate and resolve chargeback claims in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Experience:

  • Junior or Senior at the start of the program.
  • Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid).
  • Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in immersive technology and content.

The hourly pay for this position is $16.90/hr.
