Job Summary and Qualifications

Delivers medically prescribed Physical Therapy in support of medical care as described by the primary physician. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient served. Employee will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the neonate, infant child, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric population. Evaluates all patients referred for physical therapy to establish treatment goals and treatment plan. Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team in helping the patient and their families achieve the highest level of functioning. Supervises all patient care delivered by licensed assistants and for rehabilitation technicians. Participates in planning and implementing new services and staff development programs. Actively participates in continuous quality improvement.

What qualifications you will need:

Minimum Education and Training:

  • Graduate of/or certified by an accredited college or university with a major or curriculum in Physical Therapy as approved by the APTA.
  • Must have successfully completed an approved clinical internship.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • One (1) year experience in Acute/Rehabilitation therapy preferred but new grads are welcome.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
