The Respiratory Care Practitioner is under the direction of the Medical Director and the Clinical Supervisor. According to specific instructions and established departmental policies and procedures. The Respiratory Therapist must demonstrate the ability to assess, treat and care for patients who suffer from acute and chronic abnormalities of the respiratory system. The individual will have the skills and knowledge level required to provide care to patients as delineated in their scope of services. Employee will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the neonate, infant child, adolescent, adult and geriatric population.
