Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager in our CLAIRE group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI in data management. You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Generative AI-driven products that transform how businesses manage and leverage their data. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market needs in the realm of enterprise data management – data integration, quality, metadata management and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute on the product roadmaps for AI-driven data management solutions. Ensure alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify emerging trends and opportunities in AI and data management.
- Product Advocacy: Serve as a key product evangelist, representing Informatica at industry events, conferences, and with key customers.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Foster an environment of innovation and thought leadership in AI and data management, contributing to the broader strategic goals of the company.
Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software.
- Preferred: Direct experience in AI, Data Management, or related fields.
- Highly Valued: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
