As a Customer Success Intern, you will help the Customer Success Leadership team measure, drive, and execute on key metrics for a $100 million dollar book of business. You will help us organize our data to make more informed decisions and keep our team of 23 moving in the direction of our goals. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the nitty-gritty of management and how to operate a Customer Success team for a large SaaS company.
