Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking all-purpose Maintenance individual to complete light maintenance within our facilities in a timely, clean, and professional manner. May work on a variety of projects, including drywall repairs, painting, ceiling tile replacement and light plumbing, and more.

Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail and takes care in their work. Having experience in basic home maintenance is a plus.

Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Wage: $18.70/hr - Full time and part time positions available. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understands methods & equipment involved in all drywall repair work.
  • Painting and cosmetic repair to interior and exterior building structures
  • Operation of tools/equipment required to complete all assigned repair work.
  • Completion of all assigned repair and touch up in a timely and professional manner.
  • Overall quality and thoroughness of repair work for each assigned job.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience 
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Able to use common hand tools and power tools; coordinate the movements of eyes, hands, and fingers
  • Troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces; (climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull or work at heights as required)
  • Basic plumbing experience a plus
  • Ability to become forklift certified
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
