Summary

Epice- Restaurant Assistant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the restaurant.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is integral part of the hotel’s overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities to supporting and managing Epice while working closely with the FB leaders as well as the Director of Food and Beverage.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 1-year experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager in an all-day-dining restaurant in a 4-5-star hotel.
  2. Positive attitude, accompanied by a can-do spirit.
  3. Exceptional communication skills.
  4. Exemplary leadership skills.
  5. Organizational skills to oversee inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
  6. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
  7. Able to handle and resolve guest complaints and issues effectively.
