Job Description

If so, our AMERICAN SYSTEMS team is looking for its next Navy Training Systems Analyst
As a Navy Training Systems Analyst, you will:
- Provide on-site support to the United States Fleet Forces HQ in Norfolk, VA

A week in the life of a Navy Training Systems Analyst:
- Source reference documentation to demonstrate proper staffing of required documents.
- Develop support briefing products for presentation to executive level leadership.
- Utilize basic training systems and requirements to track conversations, discussions and to get the Sailor the best possible training systems.
- Participate in and organize meetings and compile meeting minutes.
- Provide technical training expertise supporting the USFF training directorate (N7)
- Research, establish, coordinate, and implement integrated training requirements.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, experience with SharePoint a plus)
- Exercise attention to detail, display organizational skills and interact with senior level personnel.
- Support large training conferences/meetings.
- Produce high quality staff work common to a large Navy staff, prior military major staff experience preferred.
- Interact with large teams with the ability to work independently when needed to deliver top quality support products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to travel 2-4 times a year
3+ years of experience in:
- Fleet training, planning an execution
- Working with all phases of exercise/training event planning
- Working on issues that affect integrated training on various Navy platforms
- Working with Microsoft Office products

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
