Job Description

  • Analyzing job ad performance metrics to identify Ad Performance.
  • Contact to clients to update their Job Ad performance and offering Ad Repost.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
  • Explain products and service features to clients.
  • Recommending solutions to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and responsiveness to client inquiries and requests related to Job ads

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in any field of study)
  • Min 1 years of experience in Customer Service or Telesales Representative
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation skills and the ability to persuade potential clients.
  • Committed to meet targets set without compromising quality/standards set.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
  • Computer literate, internet savvy and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications, mainly Words and Excel
