OVERVIEW

American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) is an industry-leading battery metal and critical materials,

technology development, and commercialization company. Our Pilot Plant in Fernley, Nevada will be the first integrated implementation of our multi-step processing train for the full mechanical processing, physical separations, chemical extractions, and production of commercial-scale battery metals that will be resold back into the battery manufacturing supply chain to enact a low-cost, low environmental impact, and domestically sourced closed-loop circular economy.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Corporate Development & Strategy Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement. The Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that drive long-term value creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of progress toward internal strategic goals.
  • Analyze financial data to evaluate the financial performance of the company and potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives.
  • Support the evaluation of potential partnerships by conducting due diligence and financial modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor their progress.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives.

MINIUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, applied mathematics, or quantitative field.
  • 2+ years’ experience, in investment banking, consulting, finance, or equity analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills (excel)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Keynote)
  • Thrives on solving complex problems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in investment banking,
