Media.Monks is looking for a Content Creator to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to create impactful work. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Work on content calendars and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews across various social media platforms
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop weekly and monthly reporting (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis.
  • Provide Social listening.
  • Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Analyze the conversation around the brand daily.
  • Know-how in analysis about the brand developing effective results for the KPI's of the client.

Background & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Content Creation/Community Management.
  • Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.
  • Knowledge in managing CMS’s.
  • Knowledge of the Entertainment market + consumer
  • Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Upper Intermediate English - You feel comfortable enough communicating in English (both spoken & written).
