⚡️ Your mission

At Birdie, we’re looking for an innovative, forward-thinking Marketing leader to helm our Demand Generation team. In your role, you’ll be responsible for Marketing’s contribution to revenue, designing and executing on strategies that create sustainable .

????♀️ How you will contribute

  • Be the architect of driving demand, designing high-return strategies based around an intimate understand of the customer and their buying journey
  • Lead our demand gen team in executing these strategies across events, SEO, CRO, email marketing, direct mail and paid media
  • Collaborate with our Content and Community team to ensure that we deliver the right message to the right persona, in a format that engages them and is in line with Birdie’s brand
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Development, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless handover
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to have a watertight closed-loop of data for optimisation
  • Coach and manage your team in order to deliver impact at fast-pace and efficiency

???? We’d love to hear from you if

  • You’ve successfully delivered against pipeline goals in a B2B Marketing function
  • You’re as comfortable marketing to small businesses as you are designing allbound ABM strategies for Enterprise accounts
  • You know the difference between demand capture and demand creation, and have strong ideas on how these motions should work
  • You want to measure your impact in revenue, not MQLs
  • You love working with a Sales function
  • You have experience leading small teams
  • You’re a tinkerer - you’re fluent in Marketing Automation and a CRM user who likes to build
  • You pay as much attention to creative and message as you do bidding strategy and CTR, and you’re comfortable providing strong direction on both
  • You’re excited to innovate growth programmes in line with changing buyer attitudes

✨ Compensation

Our salary for this role is £60k-£70k depending on leadership experience. We also grant generous stock options to any permanent employee at the end of the probation period. We adjust salaries based on the cost of living index for employees based outside of the UK.

???? Location This is a hybrid role with 1 day in our London office. If you're located further away, we'd be happy to shift to 1 week every month
