We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager (5+ years) to join our large-scale Event Production & Hospitality Team. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with strong project management and budget tracking skills. Must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management.

• Assist Sr. Staff with planning, scheduling and budgeting staff for 200+ events per year
• Create and manage analytical reports assessing staff utilization and event data trends
• Oversee contracting and invoicing of temporary staff and independent contractors
• Onboard new employees
• Work with IT to acquire and set up equipment for new staff – including software, hardware and connectivity to required applications
• Develop strategic and efficient onboarding program by revamping current systems annually
• Update and write new SOPs
• Support Contracting and Invoicing as needed
• File storage
• Weekly hours billing reports
• Contracting
• Invoicing

You Have These (Add Qualifications): 

• Minimum of five years experience in and administrative management capacity
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite | Adobe Acrobat | Teams | DocuSign
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Attention to detail, carefully following instructions and checking work for accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation, and energy
