Job Description
Position
Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who speaks excellent English and German and is looking for a new challenge? We at Jack Link’s have a challenging position in which you get a lot of responsibility!
Responsibilities
In this position you will:
- Handle the orders in SAP with all aspects like lead time, INCO terms, price accuracy and validity, packaging, labels, documents, minimum order policy etc.
- Monitor the order fulfillment process for the designated area of responsibility (geography and customer) and provide proactive early warning communication on all bottlenecks and potential delays
- Liaise closely with all concerned departments (e.g. Logistics, Planning, Finance) to resolve the bottleneck whilst keeping the customer and/or sales force Administrator fully up to date at all times
- Load and maintain all (customer) master data that fall under the responsibility of the customer service department
- Initiate and coordinate order related customer complaints in a timely manner
- Startup credit- and debit note procedures and arrange the issuing of these for on-invoice related issues
- Update and maintain pricing conditions at customer and country level
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor/MBO+/HBO
- Minimum of 2-4 years working experience in a similar position
- Experienced in working with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills and competencies
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A service-oriented, positive, pro-active and collaborative work attitude
- A real team player who enjoys working in a team
